Where do your products come from, and how do I know they are legitimate?

Through authorized channels only. We work directly with brand owners, manufacturers, or their authorized partners, with an authorization letter on file for each. The brands we carry are established C-beauty companies with real traction in China. Each holds a live or pending US trademark; we help those still filing navigate the process.

What is Choose Beauty Lab (CBL)?

CBL is our curated catalogue of established Chinese beauty brands brought into the US. The current lineup spans clinical skincare, heritage botanicals, and playful makeup tools. What is the Luna Rising brand?

Luna Rising is our own skincare line: eight fragrance-free products across two series built for all skin types. NEW MOON focuses on barrier support, while FULL MOON is overnight renewal. Currently available on Amazon. Full range and details at lunarising.skin.

How do I report a serious adverse event (SAE)?

Use the contact form and select SAE (FDA reporting) from the inquiry-type dropdown. You'll be asked for the brand, product, lot number, date of event, and a description. As the responsible person under MoCRA, Luna Rising LLC reports serious adverse events to the FDA within 15 business days of receipt. For medical emergencies, call 911 first.
